About Becky
Born and raised in Charleston, WV, Becky Edele Brams moved to Philadelphia after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Physical Therapy. She discovered her passion for painting over 30 years ago. After a visit to scenic West Virginia, she was inspired to make what would be her first painting as a birthday gift for her father. She was surprised by the joy she felt making her initial artwork, leading her to develop a genuine enthusiasm for artistic expression.
Her paintings have appeared in numerous juried shows. She has also won prizes at the Greater Norristown Art League and Oreland Art Center open-juried shows.
Becky paints almost exclusively in the watercolor medium and prefers bold colors. She enjoys attending art classes, as they often inspire her to take new artistic directions.
